U, one of the few coaching
institutions accredited by the International
Coaches Federation,
and a member of ICF herself, her history includes being a:

for almost 20 years
- Public speaker
for over 10 years
- Workshop facilitator
(over 300 presentations
throughout US & Canada)
- Director of an
International Training Center
- Teacher (and
Trainer of Trainers) on topics of
personal development
- Author of over
50 training programs, several
implemented worldwide
- Trained teleclass
leader/facilitator
- Small business
owner
In a more personal,
non-professional capacity,
she's also
- served in volunteer
positions with youth at risk programs
- lived many years
in intentional communities (co-pio-
neering a Co-housing community in Portland, OR)
- founded and chaired
the Parent Teacher Association for
Portland Waldorf School
- held an elected
minor public office in Seattle
- served as a Vista
volunteer
- raised twin daughters
(now adult)
- enjoys being
outdoors (especially hiking and biking)
